Plastic Wheels & Axle Kits for Dock and Boat Lifts

Premier's plastic wheels are designed for roll-in docks and boat lifts. Because they are made of heavy duty plastic, they will never wear out; won't rust on the shaft; roll easily on all terrains; will handle even the heaviest docks; and require no maintenance. Optional water inlets and drains are available.

Reduce your labor and time costs, and forget those trips to the salvage yard for rims and tires; and problems matching tires to your rims.

"These plastic wheels are one of the best ideas I have seen in a long long time! Trying to rig a junkyard wheel and tire to some type of cobbled up axle is a real pain. These things make it very easy, just buy some 1 1/2" galvanized pipe for the axle and come up with a design to attach to your boat lift or dock and you are ready to "roll". IWP-66 Lift Mounting Kit

(Wheels sold separately or as a kit with mounting hardware) includes 2 ea. 1 1/4" schedule 40 x 13 3/8" long pipe Axle, 2 ea. 7 3/8" long Axel Shims (for 1 1/2" Wheel Hub), with 4 ea. Steel Zinc plated Mounting Plates and Fasteners, for boat lift frames from 3" wide x 5" high to 4" wide x 6" high.

WD-55 Axle Mount for Docks

Dock kit WD-55 provides the attachment hardware and bracing to attach a pair of PMT24 wheels to a wood frame dock using 1 1/2" galvanized pipe as an axle and down support pipes (see illustration below). Note: 1 1/2" galvanized pipe is not supplied as part of the kit
