• On average, how long does it take for my solar marine light products that I ordered to be shipped?

These products typically ships within 1-2 business days.

• What is the average lifetime of a solar marine light?

The average lifetime of solar marine light is 12 plus years with minimal battery replacement.

• What is the return policy?

If the product has not been used, it can be returned for a refund within 30 days.  It is very rare to have lights returned and it typically only happens if the wrong color was ordered.

• Do I have a warranty for the solar marine light product I purchased?

There is a three-year warranty on the light and one-year warranty on the battery.

• How do I know that Premier Material products are high quality?

Premier Materials will only do business with companies that manufacture their products with high standards, that follow the rules and regulations of the industry, and that will fully back, and support their product should any issues arise.

• Are there solar marine lights able to be stored to have on hand and to be used when needed?

Our lights have a shelf life and if you store the lights you have to take them out of the box to keep the battery properly charged.  Our company, Premier Materials have lights on hand so if you ever need a replacement, it’s best to purchase one when needed instead of storing them.

• How long does the battery last?

The battery for solar marine lights typically lasts between 3 to 5 years depending on the location and flash pattern. If you have a fast flash pattern or the light is steady on, it will take a lot of battery power to run the light. If you use one of those flash patterns and you are in an area with limited sunlight, we might recommend a larger battery or a different light to suit the needs of the area. Our goal is to eliminate any chance of premature battery failure.

• Which color and flash pattern do you recommend?

We cannot make those recommendations. Whomever is in charge of the water body (Corps of Engineers, Coast Guard, lake association) will determine the flash pattern and color that is best for your situation. If there is no one who is in charge of the water body, we leave it up to you, the customer’s preference.
